Superbowl Chili Cook-Off
Our first annual Superbowl Chili Cook-Off was a success! What more could you want from Superbowl Sunday than good food, good friends, and a good game? We started off the first half of the game with the chili tasting period. People opted for different methods of tasting madness, from a spoonful of each, to the classic chili Frito boats, to half and half mixtures. Voting was at halftime and the winners are as follows:
-Most Creatively Named: SBND, made by Scott Baze
-Spiciest: Red Trolley Chili, made by John Mark and Lauren Wendler (and the unanimous winner in this category)
-Tastiest: All-American Chili, made by Jeff and Lindsay Schuil
We also had a Rock Band halftime show, which was full of interesting performances and a lot of laughs. Overall it was a great time and we hope that the tradition will continue in the years to come! Now our friends have titles to defend!
